HiDPI smilies for phpBB

Okay thanks.

I think I have an easy 3.3.x workaround.

1. Using ACP->Posting->Smilies I can Export and download smiles.pak.
2. In the downloaded smilies.pak I find and replaced all gif instances with svg.
3. Uploaded all the new SVG smilies and the new smilies.pak
4. Use ACP to Install smilies package, thus making all smilies the SVG version.

This works on my phpBB 3.3.14-RC1 test board.

It looks good in its real size (132x150) but weird in rendered size 15x17.

One more for comparison, the wiki emoji is 😉

On the whole the new SVG smilies are much better and render much nicer when scaled (obviously).

I'm just providing feedback on this particular one from members of a board where I'm installed them on phpBB 3.3.x.

I like the new smilies but I feel like the new versions are harder to see as the detailing is smaller. For example the mouth for the winking face is tiny.
