Forum header

So I have inherited control of my website from someone who is no longer in contact with the company. I need to figure out how to edit my header on my page to accurately reflect my wordpress theme header (speaking of my header and top menu. This is not the phpBB top menu, the one on my forum page reflects my wordpress menu, but before changes were made to it, and I wish to have the menu now reflect the changes that I have made).

Any ideas on this? The site url is [removed]
