Move "Extension management" up in "Customise" tab

I would like to propose to move the "Extension management" to the top of "Customise" tab in ACP, because I think that users use the "Extension management" more often than "Style management".

Here is short discussion about this (I didn' find topic dedicated to this, so I created this RFC).

+1 on this request. Although the tracker shows this fixed in 3.1 RC5, it is not this way in the the final release 3.1.

As per the patch comments, this will only apply to new installations. For existing installations it apparently doesn't have the desired effect due to other factors.

Luckily, you can easily do it yourself in the ACP .
