[RFC] Move "print view" and "email friend" into the topic tools

Would be good to move these items out of the header and into that topic tools menu.

So where would the print/email PM links move to? Do we indeed want a "PM tools"?

Implemented it, but we will need new icons:

And we should probably change the language file to : "Email topic", and "Print topic".

"print view" is probably still OK, as that is what it is... It doesn't actually print, it just opens the page in a print view.
