[RFC] Edit/Add/Remove/Move Multiple smilies

Basically, this mod: https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/mod/multi_smile/

Allows to perform multiple actions on smileys install on your board. This is helpful
for boards with hundreds (or couples ) of smilies to deal with.

Look at the screenshot from the linked modification. There are checkboxes next to the smilies and a "check all" checkbox at the bottom. And there are buttons for editing, removing or moving multiple checked smilies.

The "delete" and "move" aren't - those are very time-saving.

^Yeah some checkboxes to select multiple smilies would be good... perhaps I'll make an extension if it doesn't get into the core although due to studies I'll have to do it in summer

Massive removal could also be useful with bbcodes although the bbcode engine is gonna change in 3.2.

Just because the BBCode engine will change doesn't mean that the ACP user interface will.

However, I don't think that most people remove BBCodes en masse like they might with smileys. It would be nice to have, but way down on the priority list.

This also might be better as a separate RFC. I've previously advocated for "BBCode packs" that would allow adding multiple BBCodes at once. I think that would much more useful than the ability to delete multiple BBCodes. Of course, if you install a pack of 100 BBCodes, you might well not want 25 of them and want to delete them. However, that selection would probably be better made on the installation screen.
