[RFC] Replace Verbiage For User Control Panel In Overallheader

The current verbiage for the User Control Panel link in the Overallheader - "User Control Panel" - is outdated and confusing for new users. Likewise, its rather long for a link that goes to a member's respective profile settings.

UCP does not display yours profile, but account settings. Therefore I would choose only from:
Settings
Account Settings
My Settings
Account
Manage Account

I like Account Settings the most.

The current UCP has not only account/profile settings. So I disagree with the terms above. Settings or My Settings I prefer.

I think a poll would be better here.

Btw vBulletin shows "My Profile | Settings" across the top. Could do something similar and show "Username | Control Panel" or something to that effect.

Or we could get really cheeky and replace the link far right - Logout [username ] - with just the username...then a click on that opens a drop-menu with "My Settings" and "Log out" links.

The UCP currently contains more than just profile information and account settings. Those are just two of the tabs. So if we do rename it we need something to encompass the entirety of the available core functionality (PMs, notifications, draft management, subscriptions, bookmarks, friend/foe, group management, settings, and profile data). The words "Account", "Profile", and "Settings" in any combination do not really cover all of that.

I think I like the idea that was proposed of replacing "Logout [Username]" with just "Username" (with maybe a down arrow or somethign) and a menu, which can contain "Profile", "Account", "Private Messages", and other items as appropriate. We do need to keep in mind that a non-javascript fallback is required.
