Advanced custom BBCodes

This was raised by one of the MyBB guys who have been lurking on #phpbb, and I think it's a pretty good idea.

As well as the current simple and user friendly system of setting up BBCodes ({simpletext}), there should be an option to specify custom BBCodes using regular expressions. This would allow stuff like a phone number BBCode which would only work with valid phone numbers, and a youtube BBCode which would allow any of the URL syntaxes.

For obvious reasons, it should come with warnings.

Sure, why not, but I'd rather see the following done first (and in that order):

1. BBCode permissions and moving to all custom
2. New Custom Profile Field Types (although adding a CPF based on a regular expression could be cool)
3. Ability to @mention specific users in posts (as I suggested in the linked post, not just as the topic starter suggested)
