[RFC] user login via OAuth

To handle the massive amount of human spammers, which can't be managed by a small open source project, it would be helpful to have a working OAuth solution, so registrations could be disabled at all.
A user should be able to login/authenticate itself via an OAuth provider.

Thanks for the hint! Looks like I didn't found it because it doesn't mention the word OAuth.

Indeed, I'm going to close this as it's covered by the other RFC, and should make its way into phpBB once completed.
