Please help with existing pull requests

We have a large number of open pull requests, including some for major features in future phpbb versions. Most of these pull requests have comments in them that need to be addressed. Before starting work on a new feature please look through existing pull requests to see if any of them interest you, and if so please help get them finished.

Also please keep in mind that extensions are blocking 3.1, per viewtopic.php?p=231159#p231159, and nothing else is. As cool as other features may be, they are not helping 3.1 ship any quicker.

Keep in mind that helping out can mean both helping review the pull request as well as checking out the user's branch, making commits, and letting them know they can include your commits in the patch.
