Resizing images

Resizing images

Some proposals for images in forum:
  1. instead to cut the images that overflows the post, they should be resized and zoomed on click, like in ReIMG or Highslide MOD
  2. avatars should not be limited by size, but resized depending on the style
  3. use SVG for style images (I think it's not hard to do for New topic, Post reply, Edit, Quote etc)
