I like the new "Tools"-Button very much - Thank you.
I suggest to change the view of the menue (with smallest width) to give more direct access. I dont understand why only the Notifications are so important and need so much place. With a width of 750 Pixels the Notification-Element is shown small.
I think there is enough place for
- Notification-Logo + Number
- PM-Logo + Numer
- Third element (UCP, Logout, ...)
To be clear i made a Screenshot of my idea.

Re: Responsive layout
I'd say that PMs are more important than notifications or the UCP, so instead of "User Control Panel," why not just condense that down to "UCP" since it's common terminology. That will save plenty of space.
These kids today...
Buy them books, send them to school and what do they do?
They eat the paste.

For the most part, I agree... See this topic.Master_Cylinder wrote:I'd say that PMs are more important than notifications or the UCP, so instead of "User Control Panel," why not just condense that down to "UCP" since it's common terminology. That will save plenty of space.

Re: Responsive layout
UCP is what phpBB people are used to but profile is pretty universal...either way works but "profile" is a bigger change.
Condensing topics/posts and replies/views into one "statistics" column would save space on smaller screens too...

Re: Responsive layout
It seems that the little arrow that moves you to the top of the page doesn't work with the stock android web browser. I tested this with Android 4.4.2 using the official emulator.

Re: Responsive layout
The browser in the emulator does not behave like one on a real phone in some cases

Re: Responsive layout
Works fine here on an HTC One running 4.4.2. First I thought it was the "arrow" at the very bottom, which is not clickable, but that's a house icon and has never been clickable. The arrow next to the individual posts that take you to the top do function however.
Re: Responsive layout
Doesn't mean there aren't any other problems though
