Something I noticed today.
In my test a1 board, I have subscribed to a forum but not to a topic of this forum and having checked all the boxes in the notification setting we have the following post:

----------------START POST----------------

A post.

Quoting aleha.

I am user2 quoting user1 who has quoted aleha.
----------------END POST----------------

After such a post I get a notification that user2 quoted me, aleha. Shouldn't that be a notification that user2 just replied to the topic?

For those who made requests for a "bell" icon for notifications, I created this. Discuss if this Bell icon is better than the Inbox style icon currently being used (and shown in prior screenshots)

Bell is great, however both bell and PM icon have slightly different blue on borders then default phpbb icons

I've actually updated both the new icons since that screenshot... They will be using the exact same blue now as the FAQ, Members icons.
