Quick reply and Internet Explorer

Hi,

(First I'm sorry if my english is bad).

I use the MOD quick reply in french on my forum.

When members use Internet Explorer they are forwared to the area of this quick reply when they click to read a topic.

I see in results of a google search that this problem is already resolved whith your english version but phpbb.com is down so can't read this solution.

Could somebody help me resolving this problem?
