dirtyboard banner problem

ive been trying to change my dirtyboard banner for sometime now, ive changed the banner on the prosilver theme however this one wont budge, the default banner just wont change here a screeshot of what im doing

i dont know what im doing wrong cause the banner just never seems to change, its here at http://www.secondstriker.com

It has the necessary instructions to replace the default all in the one reply. be sure to understand that the default banner is in the theme/images folder - NOT the imageset folder (which is the small site-logo that many peeps get mixed up (i.e. phpBB logo)).
