I installed this mod (http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... &sk=t&sd=a) using Easymod and when go into the ACP then Yes or No both are not selected so i select Yes, but nothing works, so i go in ACP again and now again both are unchecked... that means ACP not taking the values, please tell me what to do?
Someone told me may be EM didn't perform the SQL correctly, so i run the update script which is not required when installing through EM, then that shows a message "duplicate entry in the database..." so that means SQL runs properly through EM but both the boxes are coming unchecked... in every template installed.
Anyone can suggest something or any other mod which works in a same way.. I also asked in the mod section of phpbb community but no one answer.

Re: Installing Live Email Validate Mod
Go to Easymod history Uninstall that mod then reinstall.
If that doesnt work go throught the process again BUT instead of installing check the bow that says preview and make sure everything says cpmleted/successful

The MOD was intended for use with phpBB 2.0.17
I assume that you're installing it on a phpBB 2.0.22 install?

Tsk, tsk. I suggest you upgrade to phpBB 2.0.22 first.
Also, could you go into more detail with what is happening when you try to install this MOD?

Re: Installing Live Email Validate Mod
oh.. sorry i am using 2.0.22 from long time...
well nothing happen, easymod shows everything completed successful. But in ACP both the radio buttons are unclicked, if i choose 1 and save the settings and come back again on that page then again both are unchecked.
So, that's mean ACP not taking the values.

Re: Installing Live Email Validate Mod
It doesn't mean that it isn't taking the values, but it's more of inserting them into the database, or possibly the submit button is wrong.
Can you provide me a link to a text version of the page with these radio buttons (link to a .txt version of the page).

Re: Installing Live Email Validate Mod
Well, simply just copy all of the contents of the file into a text file, upload that and then link it to me.
