Old phpBB 3 versions
Does anyone have old phpBB 3 (ehm, 2.2) development version? A CVS for each milestones? And beta 1? I have been looking for them on google, but I couldn't find them.

Re: Old phpBB 3 versions
You can get a copy of phpBB's CVS repository of any given date. Just learn how to use CVS
(FYI you can find information about CVS on Sourceforge's documentation and certainly even more searching with Google
)

Nothing. I was just curious to see the difference between an old version and the current nearly-RC1 CVS.
Thank you, I will try.

There shouldn't be a lot of visual changes. They were mainly bugfixes (and UTF, updater, converter, style...).
Just take current CVS code, randomly shuffle a few words in each file, and you should get a good approximation of B1.

Re: Old phpBB 3 versions
But what about milestone 2, for example?
Re: Old phpBB 3 versions
Indeed. Nick is being less than forthcoming. I'd give him bad karma for it if that feature still existed

Sorry, no feature requests at this stage. Did you read the rules?
Also, banned for making me look for "forthcoming" meaning! [Note the alliterations, I'm a poet.]

Haha! Downloading it right now with TortoiseCVS! Files from 28 August 2003.
Re: Old phpBB 3 versions
Sorry, I had to take a phone call. Where was I…?
Ah, yes: The karma feature. The beauty of the karma feature was that once a person had “accumulated” negative karma, his/her posts were reduced by phpBB to single informational line that could be easily ignored by everybody, thus preserving the flow of the thread.
That gem is among the treasures you'll find in 2.2…
