logo size

I tried playing around in the overall_header.html and couldn't find it, I was just wondering where and what constrains the main logo to those proportions? Is there a way for it to display a logo to whatever size the image is?

Its in imageset, not in tpl files. In control panel in styles section click on "imagesets", edit "main logo" image
