Will area 51 be closed down?

Now that phpbb.com is running olympus, is there any reason to maintain this separate website. I for one find it pretty confusing to have two separate places where olympus is getting discussed. I therefor think it would be a good idea to migrate the area 51 posts over to phpbb.com and close down area 51. What do others think?

Just one word: phpBB3.2.
Once phpBB3 is gold, there will be no reason to discuss it here.
But "bleeding edge developmental code" won't cease its existence in that moment... ;)

It would probably be that phpBB 3.2 project will be in the thinking soon after phpBB 3.0 goes gold. So what I think is that Area51 will still be up.

They won’t close area51 down... it’s still the testing ground... phpBB.com cannot be a complete testing ground.
Although, it is to some extent... testing the new proSilver style.
But area51 is still the main testing board.

Area51 is development area and I think there is still something to develop. ;)

Yup, as soon as 3.0 goes gold, we can start demanding 3.2, asking why it's taking so long etc ;)
