guys i am using phpbb 2.0.20 and loaded on to 110mb.com
my problem now is ...in that host safe mode is on and i was half way thru thre procedure then only realised safe mode was on..as a result my original phbb files were replaced...now i amgeeting many error and my users cant register...
i am getting smtp error in emailer.php....
this happened after easymod installation
how can i revert my original files back ...
does easy mod take a back up of the replaced files....please help....
my new user ant register...

DO NOT give out any FTP passwords to anyone! There is no reason to do so! If you need help badly enough, create a temporary FTP account that is restricted to only the files that you need help with and give the information for that. Giving out FTP information can be very dangerous!

Skoar_trojan, EM doesn't modify any phpBB files when it is installed. So this is not a problem caused by EM. It does appear that your SMTP (Outgoing) Email server is off-line though. That is something that only your host can reset for you. While they are at it, you might as well get them to reset to POP3 (Incoming) email server as well...
