Beta 3???!!!
Current CVS snapshots are marked as 'phpBB 3.0.B3-dev'? What does it suppose to mean? That Beta3 has already been (w/o official release)? Will next version be Beta 4 or RC1?

It means: BETA 3 - development = they are developing towards beta 3
