Sticky/Announcement Style Question

I was looking at the file to edit the topic page. It's slightly over my head as i couldn't find out what seperates the sticky and announcements from the rest. I would like to know how i can edit the styles of the sticky/announcements to my personal taste, if someone may help me out.

No support is given for modifications at the moment. But it's possible.
