need help for easy mod 0.3.0

DO NOT give out any FTP passwords to anyone! There is no reason to do so! If you need help badly enough, create a temporary FTP account that is restricted to only the files that you need help with and give the information for that. Giving out FTP information can be very dangerous!

need help for easy mod 0.3.0

hii

i am new to easy mod wel i installed in my forum every thing work fine

when i insatll server status module i get this error
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4097 bytes) in /home/artt/public_html/admin/em_includes/em_functions.php on line 366


when i install any mod i get this error
Warning: ftp_put(): Can't open that file: Permission denied in /home/artt/public_html/admin/em_includes/em_ftp.php on line


mod link :http://sourceforge.net/project/showfile ... _id=100259
but eveery file i chmod 755

any suggestion
