This is completely unfinished I'm going to change every image and the layout a little so its still incomplete but im not going to far before phpBB3 is finally release and yes for the most part is looks the same then icons look different but still blue

Oh boy I've been editing phpBB away like mad lol ok anyways my skin is really worked over and I had to change certain files for what i wanted to work right.

Changed items so far:
global announcements have different icon and are displayed seperately and before announcements
almost all images replaced with new ones
css changed

File edits:
viewforum.php
lang/en/viewforum.php
lang/en/common.php
includes/functions_display.php
style/subStar/template/index_body.html
style/subStar/template/viewforum_body.html

I wouldnt mind knowing how you got the global announcements to show above the other announcements with the seperator as well?

since its just beta I'm not gonna share the mod because i didnt document what i changed so i forgot exactally all of it but the final version is supposed to be seperated enough to not need that much seperation but if i change it after final release i will document it and share it
