Template Help

Yah, I know this is a lot to ask but could someone please make me a template for phpbb3? I really am not good at it, and I want my site forums to look good. I hope that atleast one of you is nice enough to make me one. I can't really pay you for sure, but I might be able to.

Ohh, and please dont respond to this post with "do it yourself" or "LEARN to do it yourself." If you don't want to, don't respond...

I would like the site to be black, white, red, and maybe a little grey. Black background, maybe grey for the background to the area where the forums/topics are, white as text and maybe something else, and red as an accent, maybe visited links or at the top where it says "login", search, etc.
The name of the forums is Burning Thunder, located at burningthunder.net/forums/, and they are about rock n' roll, just incase that helps, and I have a logo that my friend made for me (attached, well, atleast I hope that attachment thing worked)
I know it might help to be able to see the forums right now, but the server is currently down, and you won't be able to access it. But I have also attached a screenshot I had from earlier, so it might help...
Also, obviously, you can add a link to your site at the bottom, and at the side. If at the side, preferebly an image link or something. But if you can make a template, you can figure that out. I'm not really picky about the link, I just don't want anything to pop-up or anything annoying. What I had in mind for the link was about 150x325, but I'm open to ideas. Anyways, I hope you will choose to do this, it would be very nice. Plus, I'll try and post at your forums if the subject of your forums are anything I can relate to. It wouldn't really be doing you a favor by spamming...
