Upto 2 hours.
If its synced every 2 hours, and someone makes a check in 5 minutes before sync it will probably only be 5 minutes till its available.

Not possible. When Meik and I were working on a bug yesterday, he would post an update to the CVS, and I would update my board not 4 mintues later with his updates.
