May one offer for the down load if one it to phpBB3 completely on German translated?

I'm assuming you're asking if you can host phpBB3 as a download, if it's translated to German only.

Technically, yes you can.. However people who download you're hosted version of phpBB will -NOT- receive support at phpbb.com. You will be fully responcible for supporting anyone who downloads from your site, as we do not know which files have been modified in your copy etc.

If I remember right posts in the Chit Chat are not counted HOL. So if you post 100 posts here your still on 0 posts. But I may be wrong.

Moin, soweit verstanden wurde willst du nen download von phpbb3 in deutsch anbieten. Das ist ok, aber die user die deine version von phpbb3 downloaden werden keinen support von phpbb.com erhalten, da phpbb.com nicht wissen kann welche dateinen du verändert hast. Somit wirst du dann für den support verantwortlich sein.

If I understand correctly, no. Even if you post the files you edited we will not provide support for your hosted version.

When 3.0 is released, I am sure you will be able to submit translations as you are able to with phpBB 2, so that of course would be the best option

@infernus, Sie müssen einen Computerübersetzer benutzen..., das er heraus auf
ungerades Englisch kommt. Gerade da dieses zu Ihnen merkwürdig
klingt, ist das, wie es auf englisch klingt.
