Anyways, if this was announced earlier, I missed it, but it is unable to correctly handle a "‽" in the topic name, I have to post twice to get it to post once, should I file a bug report... I'm not sure if its actually phpBB3 or MySQL..
Anyone using Firefox 1.5.x should see the symbol in the quotes correctly...

That was my problem too...
The official Unicode label is: & # 8 2 5 3 ;
Without spaces, I spaced the characters to get the Unicode label as-is...
