No support means just that, or do I need to define the meaning of each word so you know what it means.

We don't have any control over the quality of service provided by http://sf.net" target="_blank
They also have newer documentation for accessing CVS annonymously which may have depricated our reproduced older documentation. If our documentation is legitimately at fault, submit a bug report with the website as the component.
