True, but it should by no means be used in a live environment, as it isn't stable itself. (Just remindin' ya!Mark The Daemon wrote: The phpBB 3 Forum is a lot more configurable than the stable release of phpBB, or so i find anyway!

It's certanly not stable but we come across a bug and then try to fix it. You expect them really!

I think phpBB3 is hard to style.
I world prefer modded phpBB2, or Extreme phpBB 3 or Reborn
Extreme phpBB 3 is really great pre-modded phpBB forum with many phpBB3 functions (as I know
)
Finally, I finally, umm... finally echo SQL queries into the screen and phpMyAdmin it.
That was many months ago and it's very hard to make new forums.
Does CMS fixed? to be supported with MySQL installation ?
Mess with phpBB 3, still have one forum! :S [Removed]
This is really phpBB2!! (Picture below)

If you can't install a database maybe you shouldn't be using development software?dttvb wrote: I can't even install the database! Haha

"Many months ago"? ofcourse things don't work, software doesn't just appear, it has to be written line by line (mainly). Things are bound to not be working as perfectly as they would in a finished product. This is the price you pay when you use unfinished software.
If you prefer a modded phpBB2 then go to the mods database and then you can have it as heavilly moded as you like (you may loose efficency and upgrading could become hell).
This forum must be working to a certain extent. I can make posts in it and everything
Personally I like the fact phpBB 3 will be supporting PHP5, plus its got some very nice features (much of which I can't see, (me not got admin interface) and I don't have time or pataince to install CVS so I will play with all the user accessable functions for now.
You really shouldn't comment on usability like styleing. they may not have finished that section yet. Alot of development software has poor useability mainly because it is ment for the devs and testers and they don't need their hand held when doing things (metaphorically speaking)
This doesn't get said enough, so here goes:
Good work phpBB guys, I like what I see of phpBB3!
