I really don't understand what your problem is. Your link first took me to a Page Not Found 404 error, then it seemed to redirect to an Arabic site. Unfortunately, I can't read any of it or see any obvious errors that might give me an idea of what you wanted me to see...

If you are experiencing problems with EM, it would be nice to have the error messages that it gives or screenshots of what isn't working correctly. I can't guarantee that I can help you, but I have to understand the problem before I will even have a chance to see whether it will be possible...

I'm not sure putting everything in upper case really helps me understand your problem. If you want to give me access to your site through PM, I would be more than happy to try to see the problem first-hand and perhaps offer/provide a solution. As of now, I don't have a clue what your problem is. The language barrier definitely isn't helping...
