Ah, that's what you're talking about I was thinking of a Software Development Kit in general Well no idea about the graphics. Since there is nothing about the final style you can be really sure of I guess no one will be able to give you an answer yet.

All I can say at the minute is that that one didn't appear until quite late on for 2.0.x, so don't hold your breath expecting one to be available with 2.2 Beta-1.

As for the language files, they are not frozen at this time. The developers are likely to say something when they do reach a point where translations become viable.

I think Virtuality talked about a GDK (Graphics Development Kit) as psoTFX called it but I don't know what the ipbsdk is. If it is a SDK (Software Development Kit), I wonder what exactly it does and which functions these basic functions are? I would certainly be interested if they are really useful for MOD Developers.

in IPB there is a SDK (Developed by some others, not official) which contains a set of board functions that can **Control** the board outside the board.....

for example, u can use the SDK to create a login webpage and then it will login to teh forum as well, etc, is very useful if u want to create a site that can intregate with ur forum.... so, I am also hoping that someone will do the same for phpbb....

How to do that is documented in the phpBB Knowledge Base and has been for years - I imagine it will continue to be so when 2.2 is released.
