Hi,

Is there something like an upgrade from phpBB 2.0.11 to phpBB 2.1.2?
So you can't lose any data/users/...

No, as phpBB2.1.2 is currently unstable and unsupported.

Just to enlarge on what Yoshi 15 is saying, phpBB 2.1.2 is a development-only version of the upcoming phpBB 2.2 and so an unfinished product at this time, so there is no upgrade path from phpBB 2.0.11 to phpBB 2.1/2.2 at this time.
