I just uploaded the lastest CVS, and I noticed that you deveolpers fixed several key things in just the last month..............the board defaults/settings works now, etc. Excellent!! I love progress.............keep up the great work! :)
Think that the developers have secretly stopped working on PhpBB v2.2? Think again........see the latest progress HERE:

ditto that -- and for those who care and do periodically check out the CVS snapshots, the installs, configs, explore the coding additions and changes, etc., recent CVS commits and related snapshots show progress and lots of nice stuff

To have the defaults/settings to work in previous snapshots, you only had to change one line of code :D
But I think everyone agrees they are doing a great job :!: :!: 8)

Yes! Its brilliant, I'm loving 2.1.2 so far, 2.2 looks set to be an absolute killer.
Waiting for working avatars in 2.1.2

Is the sub-forums tree still buggy? (As in, deleting a few sub forums, creating them again, then not being able to set any permissions for some of them)

yeah, it still has some few remaining quirks in it, but like I said earlier, it is evident to me that significant progress has, in fact, been made recently. :)
