Yeah, but there are a TON of attributes defined in the document, as opposed to the CSS document.
Plus, you should ONLY use tables for the postrows.. using them in the header is just cheap.

But I have to agree, the header is pretty simple to do.

I'm sure someone will try a pure CSS template when 2.2.x is released, but as SHS` said the browser support for some of the more advanced elements is still not totally there.
