I have a slite problem in 2.1.2 db entrie

When I ATTEMPT to install phpBB 2.1.2, I get an error message realating to my db. This is what it said:

Fatal installation error
A fatal and unrecoverable database error has occured. This may be because the specified user does not have appropriate rights to CREATE TABLES or INSERT data, etc. Further information may be given below. Please contact your hosting provider in the first instance or the support forums of phpBB for further assistance.

C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\htdocs\test\phpBB22\install\install.php [ 1188 ]

SQL : UPDATE testtable1moderator_cache SET username = 'Admin' WHERE username = 'Admin'

Table 'test.testtable1moderator_cache' doesn't exist

If you can't fix the problem yourself, don't attempt it any more.
