my idea was to have a forun called photos and people could leave there pictures on it with a brief discription.
problems are they have to upload there photos to start with and then there is a resizing problem
please help if you have a conclusion

does any one know if it is possable to use one of the forums as a point to display photos?

The Attachments will come as a feature in 2.2, but its not optimised to be a full blown gallery.
