Does anyone have an idea where I can get a RSS reader in php that does the following:

- Read the rss feed and display it on a website.
- Cache the file on first read, so they don't steal too much bandwidth out of the hoster.
- Ping a file to see if it updated, if it did...delete the cache or rewrite with a new copy of the rss feed.

I've seen many rss reader/aggregators, but they are so plain and I need those 3 things on a php script.
