well in germany there is this simple: automatic signup requires automatic signout.

its not recommended, some court decisions demand it.
changing the email-adress is not the same as it might put the user into validating state or make him insert other peoples addy...

as stated before its a convenience. commercial support-forums might be demanded to offer such a thing?

in germany some lawyers encoutered the hobby to make webmasters pay cautions for not following court decisions... its not a big problem now. it will become one :?
