I'm not sure but am wondering is there a feature that the admin can set a limit of the bad Karma levels so that people who have a karma level of -3 (just an example) or less would automatically get banned? Or a prune feature that can ban all users with a specific (-x or less) karma level?
Just wondering if there is a similiar feature.

No feature that I can see (as of yet), but I'm sure when it's released, someone will write a Mod because it wouldn't be a hard thing to do

A specific feature, no. However, it may be possible to achieve this using the event system, depending on how far this goes. If not, it could be a MOD certainly.

The only thing I'd be worried about is the members misusing the karma system, and get a user banned. Of course, if you have misbehaving members, the karma system should be diabled, and they should be banned.

The permissions system will allow you to create a group for trouble makers, and prevent them from rating in all or specific fora.

Good Idea. Can groups be created so that they are hidden and members of the group don't even know if they are in them?

Of course it will cause problems.
Even one user can go after another rating all of his/her posts as Bad.
Of course a few users can also take their own karma level up and others down.
And if a user gets mad at another he may just vote Bad on a few of his posts.

And that is why I'm restricting all karma functions to mods (and higher) only.
