In the Add an Attachment CP the Browse button is a slightly diff colour to the other buttons. Is this the way it's meant to be?

I dont know why it is so slow! Sometimes it works good but it slows down once in a while do you think it is my web host or what sometimes it is unavalible and all...

If the time is low like that throughout then it's most likely the internet connection your host has that's slowing you down actually send the information that's generated.

Perhaps it depends on the people at it during a particular momment.
