I think the key bit of information is that phpBB 2.2 development will continue here. The rest will sort itself out in time. I'm not sure there is much more that can be said that would be of any use to anybody.

But I will say it's nothing to do with the code or development team whatsoever. As far as the user is concerned little has changed.

I never actually left ... I resigned my position at http://www.phpbb.com." target="_blank I moved all development talk here. However the situation has been resolved and things are "back to normal" for everyone.
