i'd be glad to do the dutch one...
Altough I'm dislectic and there are some Dutsh peepz in the phpBB team, i think i have a chanse no?

If you notice http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/groupcp.php" target="_blank there is a Converter-team and i18n-team (language) but I'm not entirely sure of their powers.
