How would that be possible? They are the same server & domain, so it shouldn't be DNS or a server crash. Or is phpBB.com running & my computer not seeing it (like many times before)?

But whats the problem with http://www.phpbb.com" target="_blank ? Is it a dns problem? Server down? Routing problem?

I could have figured that out from #phpBB. :oops:

I am pretty sure that the problem with the main site is a routing problem. Normally, I have 17 "hops" to get there. Today, the 16th times out.

Last update I heard from the Group was that 'we are in the blue.' We are waiting for Frank (ffiengol) to come on and notice the downtime.

The server phpBB.com was on was DoS'ed, :) The group expects it to be up sometime tonight, according to ffiengol and AbelaJohnB.
