I don't know if this is a good place to put this, but here goes:

A minor thing, but one of my users complains that - everytime he looks at his own post, the post viewed count goes up. Is this something that can be turned off for the posting user?

What about if this person has replied to the topic? Would you want it to ignore that too? Imagine a topic has replies from most members, that would mean the view count would hardly ever go up...

Well, not a bad idea actually. As the thread starter is in a non-threaded forum ususally the one who wants other users to read what he wrote.

This is probably quite possible with a simple mod...

Try requesting it on the main site forums. Seems to me it would only take a couple lines of new code.

This gives me an idea... "Viewed By" where it only counts the views of each member once.

Yeah, it would be a simple query change, where I could do a distinct instead of all-inclusive query.
