I'm currently running vBulletin 2.2.4 and phpBB 2.0.0 on a server with PHP 4.0.6 without safe mode on.

On line 700 shows:

I'm not sure what causes this error, but you can safely ignore it. All that might happen is not all your censored words getting converted ok.
