Seems to me like the developers are starting to work on the PM's, or they are just telling those who don't listen that PM's don't work

I'd guess that work has started since the PM link in the header never used to exist in this forum

Yes it did actually, then we got fed up with people mentioning every other thread "OMFG PMS DONT WREK!!!"... and very promptly got tired of it.
