"View your posts" - why has it changed?

In 2.0.x View your posts show you the topics you have participated in.

The implimentation in 2.0.x is better described as "View your participated topics".

The current impolimentation as it stands in 2.1.x/2.2 is correct to it's wording.

If you wish to change/add it via a MOD, you're welcome to.

But as long at it's called "View your posts"... it'll stay as it is right now.

(Rhetorical Question: )Do you implement to fit some specification that was written down at some point. Or do you implement to fulfill users wants/needs.

I am well aware of wording and functionality of the original and the new, however I was implying that if you really intended to make name and functionality fit to each other, my impression was it would have been nicer to change the description. I still do not see the benefit of seeing my own text. But it's really not that important.

He doesn't implement at all ... I do To be perfectly honest I'm quite happy to return it to what it was. I did change it because, as SHS` says the "term" didn't fit the result.

Semantically, I agree with SHS - the new implementation does match the wording better than the old one.

On the other hand, the old implementation is more useful (especially on large sites like phpbb.com) in making sure that you see any new responses to threads you have posted in which you may need to go back and respond to in turn.

Still, whichever way it goes you can still achieve the other output by using the search criteria and creating a MOD to change it should be relatively simple.

the 2.0.x version as standard for 2.2.x would be better i think cause i know a lot of people who use it
