Post Limit
Will there be a way to limit the amount of posts a certain member can have within a given day? I mean, user specific, if you want to keep a spammer from spamming so much?

Its called flood control.
PS. You're thinking about flooding, not spaming. SPAM is unwanted advertisement and has no relation to making millions of posts...

But I mean individually set, so you can set that a single person can only post, say, 5 times a day.
