A system that may ( or may not ) be in 2.2 final. It is just as it says.
You rate user's posts good or bad, and the general average is calculated.
You see those grey squares under everyone's user name? Those will fill in with red or green depending on whether or not you have a positive or negative rating.
All grey = neutral. Which is good, for the most part

Trillian Pro 2.x has it available, you just have to add the plugin, add the connection, and go!
If you don't use Trillian, TONS of clients have been written for TONS of different platforms.

Bots:
GoogleBot, MSNBot, etc.
Search engines send out 'bots' to index the web, they assign them keywords, etc. etc. etc.
If you know the IP Address/Range of a particular bot, you can add it to the bot database, and then control it like a user.
Tell it what it can and can't access, tell it what links it can and can't follow, etc.
