1. Editing poll if already voted.
1.1 Addition of answers in poll.
1.2 Addition of voices. (for example, was 4 becomes 7). (can change only administrator or moderator)
2. Viewing voting users. (can look the user, the administrator and moderator)

I do think that none of them is necessary.
and I hope when you mean view user vote, you do not mean see what anyone as voted to anything !

Hmmmm im not too sure about editing your vote...
If in an election... you decided you voted for the wrong guy...
IMO its absolutely not needed. As then people can manipulate their vote etc. One say, X is winning, but another, when some people have changed their mind... X is now losing with no new votes being made...
